Our guest this week was Frank Pepe, Town of Stanford Councilman. Frank retired as Superintendent of Schools of the Arlington School District in 2010. Frank gave us an update on the Stanford Community Day which took place on September 18th, showing the great tee shirt (Stanford, A Caring Community) created for their inclusive initiative. Frank is the Stanford liaison for the Dutchess County Human Rights Commission and spoke about their goals and achievements, enhancing the quality of life in our collective “neighborhood.” He could hear in our Four-Way Test the similarities between what Rotary and the Dutchess County Human Rights Commission stand for.
