Long time Rotarian Carl Dowden was recognized by the Rotary International Foundation for his generous support of the good works of Rotary by presenting him with is fifth Paul Harris Fellow award.The Paul Harris Fellow is a recognition by Rotary International for individuals who contribute, or have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 or 1,000 Foundation Points to The Rotary Foundation.
