Cookbook Potluck - RSVP
The Red Hook Rotary Club invites you to a cookbook potluck to meet and welcome Red Hook’s 2024-2025 youth exchange student from India! To participate, please choose an Indian dish from our suggested cookbooks and bring it to our lunch feast at the Tivoli Park Pavilion on Sunday, September 22nd. 12noon - 2:00pm The suggested cookbooks are "Made In India" by Meera Sodha and "Indian Flavor Every Day" by Maya Kaimal. A digital copy of your chosen recipe can be sent to you, or if you would like a physical copy of the cookbooks, they are available at the public library or Oblong Books.

Todd Baright is a long-time resident of Red Hook and successful businessman. As the caretaker of many village properties, Todd has fostered a sense of pride and community in Red Hook—from hosting the Summer Music Series, and planting hundreds of flowers in the spring, to decorating the village core during the holidays. He has served many years on the Hudson Valley Hospice Board, SUNY Delhi Alumni Board, and as President of the Red Hook Society for the Apprehension and Detention of Horse Thieves. The Red Hook Rotary Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable foundation. Its mission is to provide financial support for programs and projects in and around the Red Hook community. The main focus of the Foundation is in the areas of education and youth. The Foundation awards scholarships to high school seniors, supports the Interact Club at Red Hook High School, Rotary’s Youth Exchange Program, and the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards conference for high school sophomores.
Rotary Club of Red Hook is part of Rotary International. Rotary is an international service organization comprised of business and professional leaders working together in a variety of humanitarian, educational and cultural programs to promote World Peace and Understanding. There are over 1.2 million Rotarians in 35,000 clubs around the world.
